Overview
We successfully supported the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) when they integrated its Trade Advisory Service into the department with a TUPE transfer of 334 employees from 18 delivery partners.
Our approach
This complex area of work involved seamless transition of 21 different sets of terms and conditions into DBT for the network of trade advisors employed through eight separate regional contracts.
We established a multi-disciplinary project team who worked closely with DBT colleagues to deliver a safe and legal TUPE transfer of people within two months’ of receiving the detailed requirements. Our team led the way to offer solutions to complex transfer issues to ensure employees joined DBT smoothly.
