This served as an invaluable platform for showcasing our collaboration with ICS Digital in the delivery of contemporary and streamlined shared services, setting the stage for future advancements in efficiency and effectiveness. During the visit Charlotte, Maisie and ICS colleagues addressed questions and queries from visitors and were able to build stronger relationships across the departments and Government more widely. In addition, the event also provided us with invaluable feedback from our clients. This feedback will be used to further enhance our services and ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our valued clients.
The team is planning similar roadshows for Cardiff and Birmingham with the objective to strengthen our connections across the board. By expanding these engagements, we aim to ensure that our clients feel supported and valued, reinforcing our dedication to their needs.
