We're finalists in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards!

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are run by the Institute of Customer Services.  Our UKSBS entry was for the Employee Engagement category showcasing the Operational Service team’s success implementing Perform Plus.

The award criteria asked for an employee engagement strategy that has led to an improvement in performance and customer satisfaction.  

The award submission included impressive statistics:

Since the implementation of Perform Plus as part of our customer service transformation, we have realised efficiencies of £500,000 and increased productivity between 14% and 40% amongst the service delivery teams, for the same period in which demand increased by 28%.

Fellow finalists in our category include First direct, UK Power Networks, Legal and General, IRIS Software Group and Laithwaites.
